Family sessions are all about capturing your people exactly as they are., whether you have little ones running around or big kids who are taller than you are. We'll mix a little direction with plenty of room to play, laugh, snuggle, and let those personalities shine. No need to worry about everyone sitting perfectly still.

Family photos aren't just for families with little ones! Some of my favorite family sessions are the ones that happen when the kids are grown, because getting everyone together while they all live under the same roof is a season worth remembering! 

This fall session took place right at my home, surrounded by the most beautiful autumn light and more importantly, the people who make this family what it is. Whether your kids are just learning to walk or are somehow taller than you now, there is always another chapter of your life worth remembering.

I'm always happy to be the excuse for a family to get all the generations together! 

This session took place at Sean and Lisa's home and it is GORGEOUS! This is proof that you don't always need to travel far for the perfect location.

Family photos with little ones can feel stressful, especially if they've never done a photoshoot before. Some kids need a little time to warm up, while others are ready to go right away! Both are totally normal! ​

I always start off each session slowly to let these little ones get comfortable in front of the camera. I'm always sure to get those perfect, smiling portraits but most of our session will be spent playing, running around, and letting those kids be kids! My goal is for it to barely feel like a photoshoot at all, I want you to leave feeling you made memories.
